Founder Global Celebrates Its Official Opening in Yerevan

On September 22, 2026, FOUNDER held its official opening at Millennium Park in Yerevan. During the event, we presented our residential projects and the company’s development priorities in Armenia.

The presentation featured three projects: Da Vinci Clubhouse, a premium residential clubhouse; Ticina Five, a residential complex comprising five buildings; and Millennium Park, a large residential district planned with green spaces, public areas and social infrastructure.

The event brought together our partners, business representatives and invited guests. We introduced FOUNDER’s approach to property development, built on quality, distinctive architecture, responsibility and attention to the needs of future residents.

The FOUNDER team brings more than 20 years of international experience. The company’s planned development portfolio comprises approximately 650,000 m² of development area, spanning premium residential clubhouses and large residential districts.

The official opening marked a new phase in FOUNDER’s development and the implementation of our long-term plans in Armenia’s real estate market.
