Our philosophy
We Build Beyond Buildings
Designed Around People
At the core of our projects is people's daily routine: we prioritize comfort, functionality, and a high quality of life.
An Integrated Approach
For us, a project is not just a building: we combine architecture, nature, infrastructure, and leisure areas.
Lasting Value
We create projects with a distinct identity, designed to stand the test of time and become a meaningful part of the city.
Vision for the future
Every meaningful place begins with the decision to create it
The name FOUNDER reflects our belief that every meaningful project begins with an idea and a sense of responsibility. For us, development is not simply about creating buildings. It begins with the value a project can bring to people and the city.
We have come to Armenia with a long-term vision: to create projects that will become a natural part of Yerevan's development and bring lasting value to the city and its people.
A word from the founder
Every landmark begins with a decision. Ours was to bring more than 20 years of experience in construction and development to Yerevan, and to build only what we would be proud to call home ourselves. For us a project is never just a building: it is architecture, nature, infrastructure and the everyday life of the people who live there. That is the standard we hold ourselves to with every development.
